ARC’s team of environmental professionals has the experience to assist our commercial clients in making informed decisions concerning regulatory issues impacting real property transactions. We offer a variety of services to include initial due diligence site assessments (Phase I and II ESAs), planning and budgeting for environmental contingencies, as well as remediation and site clean-up.
Our goal is to first assist our commercial clients in avoiding potential liabilities and secondly to minimize any existing liabilities and future risk related to their real property transactions.
